SHIPPING & HANDLING/ REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING COST & DELIVERY TIME

Typical delivery times usually range from 3-21 business days depending on location. If you have not received notification that your order has shipped within 2 business days.

Orders can take up to 15 Days before shipping is commenced, please contact us. 

Items/gifts/supplies range from 11-90 business days depending on Location.

Postage is a flat rate of $15 for plants and liquid fertilisers.

Shipping for all other products is FREE.

HANDLING

All orders will typically be dispatched within 2 business days from our farm and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery.  Orders can take up to 15 Days before shipping is commenced. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Oldboy's Flowers is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged, this includes plant shipments that have been delayed and died during transit, or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. We care about our customers, and we want you to receive your order in a timely manner. If we are experiencing delays in order processing and shipping (except during transit), we will notify all customers as appropriate. Oldboy's Flowers is not responsible for delays during transit (after the shipping company has already received your package). 

- We send our bulbs without labels, if you would like labels made please inform us before making an order

Sizing will vary, and won't be all the same size! 

 Smallest 12 month bulb will be at minimum  

Width 3cm                         Height 5cm 

Our largest Bulbs will be over three years of age.

Width 8cm or More            Height  8 cm or More

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Oldboy's Flowers does offer refunds and returns in exceptional circumstances. This is if the Bulbs or Plants are found to have rotting. During this unlikely scenario, we are happy to refund your order once we receive photos and the bulbs are shipped back to us.

If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs.

Due to growing from seeds and bulbs, Oldboy's flowers does not take responsibility for errors in selections of colours and varieties chosen by the customer. and the gardener. This means if you order a certain variety, and the plant flowers to be a different colour, we do not take responsibility due to the high chances of seeds/bulbs being a different colour to the parent plant.

Products other than Plants/Bulbs 

If you request a refund on one of our items. You are to notify us and a partial refund will be put into your account for return shipping purposes. Please send all returns to 1335 Wardell Road, Wardell. Once we receive the products, we will complete your refund and deposit the shipping costs and full refund to your account.
