The Oldboy’s Flowers Rewards program is designed to give back to our valued customers. By placing qualifying orders while logged into your customer account, you can earn store credit and access eligible shipping rewards. Please read the following terms carefully.

📋 Eligibility

Store credit rewards are only available to customers logged into their Oldboy’s Flowers account at the time of checkout.

Rewards apply only to online orders placed through our official website.

💰 Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card or store credit to the email address associated with your customer account.

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Only one store credit reward tier applies per order. Reward tiers do not stack.

Postage charges do not count toward the qualifying order total.

🎁 Reward Tiers

Spend $150 or more excluding postage → Earn 2% store credit

Spend $190 or more excluding postage → Unlock free shipping on eligible standard parcels*

Spend $500 or more excluding postage → Earn 4% store credit

🚚 Free Shipping Terms

Free shipping applies to eligible standard parcels only.

Free shipping does not apply to:

Express Post deliveries

Bulky or heavy items

Cubic parcels over 2kg

Shipments to biosecurity-restricted states including WA, NT and TAS

Orders using discount codes or promotional offers, unless explicitly stated

⚠️ Other Conditions

Rewards may not be combined with certain discount codes, free shipping offers or promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned or adjusted, any store credit earned from that order may be removed, reduced or adjusted to reflect the final eligible order value.

Oldboy’s Flowers reserves the right to change, pause or end the Rewards program or individual offers at any time without prior notice.

Abuse or misuse of the program may result in cancellation of rewards or account eligibility.

This Rewards program was updated on 03/06/2026. Rewards issued before this date may be subject to the terms that applied at the time they were issued.
