The Oldboy’s Flowers Rewards program is designed to give back to our valued customers. By placing qualifying orders while logged into your customer account, you can earn store credit and access shipping rewards. Please read the following terms carefully.

📋 Eligibility

• Store credit rewards are only available to customers logged into their Oldboy’s Flowers account at the time of checkout.

• Rewards apply only to online orders placed through our official website.

💰 Store Credit

• Store credit is issued as a digital gift card to the email address associated with your account.

• Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Only one reward tier applies per order. Reward tiers do not stack.

• Postage charges do not count toward the qualifying order total.

🎁 Reward Tiers

• Spend $50 or more (excluding postage) → Earn 5% store credit

• Spend $160 or more → Receive free shipping

• Spend $250 or more → Earn 5% store credit + free shipping

🚚 Free Shipping Terms

• Free shipping applies to standard parcels only.

• It does not apply to:

  • Express Post deliveries

  • Bulky/heavy items over 5kg

  • Shipments to biosecurity-restricted states including WA, NT, and TAS

⚠️ Other Conditions

• Rewards may not be combined with certain discount codes or promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

• Oldboy’s Flowers reserves the right to change or end the Rewards program or individual offers at any time without prior notice.

• Abuse or misuse of the program may result in cancellation of rewards or account eligibility.
