Description

Give small birds a natural place to rest, roost and take shelter with the Roosting Pocket Nest GPM620.

Made from hand-woven reed grass, this lightweight hanging shelter blends easily into trees, shrubs and garden surroundings. The woven construction allows natural airflow and drainage, making it suitable as a sheltered resting or roosting space when positioned correctly.

For best results, hang the pocket in a protected position amongst dense foliage, away from strong prevailing winds, driving rain and exposed areas.

Why Choose a Roosting Pocket?

The GPM620 provides a simple, natural shelter that small birds may use for resting, roosting or nesting.

Unlike a fully enclosed timber bird box, the woven reed construction is breathable and lightweight. It is therefore best positioned amongst established foliage or in another sheltered part of the garden where surrounding vegetation can help reduce exposure to wind and rain.

Its natural appearance also makes it an attractive addition to wildlife-friendly gardens without looking overly artificial.

Ideal For

  • Small garden birds
  • Roosting and resting
  • Wildlife-friendly gardens
  • Sheltered trees and shrubs
  • Pergolas and covered garden areas
  • Natural-style garden displays
