A Useful Mix for the Home Garden

This tin gives you a balanced range of crops for different uses in the kitchen and garden.

Grow leafy greens like lettuce and spinach for fresh picking. Add carrots and onions for everyday cooking. Sow peas for crisp, sweet harvests. Plant broccoli and cabbage for hearty seasonal crops. Use basil and lemon balm for herbs, flavour, tea, and pollinator-friendly planting. Add tomatoes for a classic homegrown summer harvest.

Packed by Weight

Most varieties are supplied in 1g seed packets. Spinach Perpetual Gator Seeds, Snow Pea and Pea Snap are supplied in 5g packets due to their larger seed size.

Seed counts are approximate and may vary naturally depending on seed size, variety, seasonal grading, and packing weight.

Growing Notes

This tin includes both cool-season and warm-season crops. For best results, check the sowing information on each seed packet and plant at the right time for your climate.

As a general guide, lettuce, spinach, peas, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and onions are generally suited to cooler growing periods, while tomato and basil prefer warmer conditions. Lemon balm is a hardy herb that can be grown in many Australian home gardens.

Storage

Store seeds in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keeping seeds dry and protected will help maintain seed viability.

Important Note

This product is supplied as a seed collection. Germination results can vary depending on storage, sowing time, climate, soil temperature, watering, and growing conditions.

Seeds included in this collection may change at short notice due to seasonal availability. If a variety becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with another suitable vegetable or herb seed variety of similar value.
