Oldboy's Flowers Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the Oldboy's Flowers Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Program Details

Commission:

• Affiliates earn 5% commission on eligible product sales generated through their affiliate link.

Customer Discount:

• Customers receive 10% off their order when using an approved affiliate discount code.
• A minimum purchase of $60 AUD is required.
• Discount codes are limited to one use per customer.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise approved by Oldboy's Flowers.

Marketing Materials

Oldboy's Flowers may provide affiliates with images, videos, logos, product descriptions and other promotional materials.

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved materials solely for the purpose of promoting Oldboy's Flowers.

All images, videos, logos and marketing materials remain the property of Oldboy's Flowers and may not be:

• Used to promote any other business, product or service.
• Sold, transferred or distributed to third parties.
• Claimed as the affiliate's own work.
• Used in a misleading, deceptive or unlawful manner.
• Modified in a way that misrepresents the Oldboy's Flowers brand.

Oldboy's Flowers reserves the right to request the removal of any content using its marketing materials at any time.

Upon termination of the affiliate relationship, affiliates must immediately cease using all Oldboy's Flowers marketing materials.

Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates must:

• Represent Oldboy's Flowers honestly and professionally.
• Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer laws.
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law or platform policies.

Program Changes

Oldboy's Flowers reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the affiliate program, commission rates, discount offers or affiliate accounts at any time without notice.

Acceptance

Participation in the Oldboy's Flowers Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
