Agapanthus orientalis Maxsie™ ‘PMB012’ PBR is a compact, mid-height Agapanthus producing distinctive bicolour blue and white flower heads.

The blooms feature an unusual combination of traditional six-petalled flowers and multipetalled flowers throughout the umbel, creating a fuller and more varied display than many standard Agapanthus varieties.

Its broad, compact evergreen foliage and moderate size make Maxsie™ particularly well suited to smaller gardens, borders, driveways, feature planting, mass displays and containers.

Growing Agapanthus Maxsie™

Grow in full sun to part shade in freely draining soil.

Water regularly while establishing. Once established, Maxsie™ is a hardy, relatively low-maintenance plant and generally requires only supplementary watering during extended dry periods.

Remove spent flower heads after flowering and apply a suitable fertiliser during the active growing season.

Avoid poorly drained or waterlogged conditions.
