Add water or a correctly diluted, compatible solution.
-
Do not exceed any maximum filling level marked on the bottle.

Aim the nozzle away from people and operate the trigger.

Using Garden Chemicals
Read the complete product label before placing any fertiliser, pesticide, fungicide or herbicide into the sprayer.
Do not assume that every chemical is compatible with the bottle, seals or nozzle. Avoid flammable liquids, solvents and highly corrosive products unless their labels and the sprayer instructions specifically permit their use.
Consider keeping a separate, clearly labelled sprayer exclusively for herbicides. Residue remaining inside a sprayer may damage desirable plants if the same equipment is later used for fertilisers, tonics or pest treatments.
Never combine garden products unless their labels specifically allow them to be mixed.
Cleaning and Storage
-
Release all pressure before removing the pump assembly
-
Empty the bottle after each use
-
Rinse the bottle, pump and nozzle thoroughly with clean water
-
Spray clean water through the nozzle to help remove residue
-
Do not store diluted garden products inside the sprayer
-
Store empty and depressurised
-
Keep in a cool, dry position away from direct sunlight
-
Protect from frost and excessive heat
-
Inspect the bottle, seals, pump and nozzle before each use
-
Replace the sprayer if it becomes cracked, damaged or unable to hold pressure safely

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the nozzle adjustable?
Yes. The adjustable nozzle allows the spray pattern to be altered for different applications, including general misting and more targeted spraying.
Does the bottle hold 2 litres?
Yes. This Ryset pressure sprayer has a 2-litre capacity. Do not fill beyond any maximum level marked on the bottle.
Can it be used for liquid fertiliser?
It can be used with compatible water-based liquid fertilisers when the product label permits pressure-sprayer application. Dilute and apply the fertiliser exactly as directed.
Can it be used for herbicide?
Only use a herbicide when its label permits application through a hand-held pressure sprayer and it is compatible with the equipment. A separate, clearly labelled sprayer should be reserved for herbicides to reduce the risk of damaging desirable plants through residue contamination.
Is it suitable for indoor plants?
Yes. It can be used to mist or water suitable indoor plants. Protect furniture, walls, floors and electrical items from overspray.
Can mixed solution remain in the bottle?
No. Empty the sprayer after use and dispose of any remaining solution according to its product label. Clean the sprayer before storage.
How should the sprayer be cleaned?
Release the pressure, empty the bottle and rinse it thoroughly. Pump clean water through the nozzle to remove residue before storing the sprayer empty and depressurised.
Can it be used with every garden chemical?
No. Product compatibility varies. Always check the garden product label and the instructions supplied with the sprayer before use.
