• Applies to deliveries in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, and ACT only.

• Eligible orders must weigh under 4 kg once packed.

• Normal shipping rates apply to all heavier orders.

Excluded Weight Brackets

Orders above 4 kg do not qualify for Free Shipping under the Christmas offer and are charged as follows:

• 4 – 4.99 kg → $31.39

• 5 – 10 kg → $49.99

• 10 – 15 kg → $69.95

• 15 – 25 kg → $119.95

• Over 25 kg → Quoted shipping required

Biosecurity States (WA, NT, TAS)

• Free Shipping does not apply to Western Australia, Northern Territory, or Tasmania.

• All orders to these states incur full shipping costs plus any required quarantine, inspection, and treatment fees.

• Orders ship under ICA-29 and ICA-39 accreditation with an included Plant Health Certificate.
